	On June 5, 2006 it became official that Bourgault Industries Ltd. would acquire the assets of Highline Manufacturing and operate it as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bourgault Industries Ltd. Bourgault believed that Highline had an excellent reputation for producing a quality product, and standing behind it. Perhaps even more importantly, Bourgault believed that the success Highline had enjoyed for many years was largely due to the strength and resilience of its workers. 	MacDon Industries Ltd. is a family owned and Canadian based manufacturer of harvesting equipment specializing in the production of pull-type and self-propelled windrowers and specialty and pick-up headers for combines for world markets. Our disc, auger and draper products are commonly used to harvest a wide variety of cereal grains, oilseeds, grass seeds, rice, soybeans, hay, forage and specialty crops such as peas, lupins and lentils.

	Westward Products Ltd. manufactures, exports, and markets Westward windrow pick-ups, headers, lawn & garden equipment and Jiffy equipment. Jiffy equipment includes bale shredders, hydump wagons, bunk feeders, wheel rakes and bale handling equipment. It also markets all of MacDon Industries Ltd.’s line of farm equipment in Western Canada.
